Two Kinetic Energy Saving Screens installed at Exxaro R & D as a pilot Plant for test purposes on Coal and Iron Ore.

Both Screens are 1500 wide x 3660 long. One is a  Double Deck Kinetic Screen, the other a Single Deck, both capable of handling 250 tph.

As can be seen from the pictures above, Screen on the RHS is a Single Deck 1500 wide x 3660 long Kinetic Screen while the other, while the other  (LHS) is a Double Deck 1500 wide x 3660 long Kinetic Screen.

Each Kinetic Screen is driven by 1 x 3,5 kW Vibratory Motor only.

• All spares are interchangeable.

• Each Screen fits into a compartment for moving to different sites for test purposes on various ores.
